We offer a 30-day technical warranty from the date of delivery. If any technical issues arise within this period, or if the product does not meet your expectations, we will provide a refund or replacement
To qualify for a return or refund, the item must be in its original condition and securely packaged.
1. If the product is available in our inventory, we will promptly replace it.
2. If a replacement is not available, we will accept the return and process a refund.
If you prefer, we can issue a credit note equivalent to the purchase value instead of a refund. This credit note can be applied to future purchases with Bluewave Automation.

2. Any technical or operational issues experienced by the end user
3. Cosmetic damage or transit damage
4. Missed delivery due to client schedule (e.g., vessel departure)
5. Product lost during transit
For a smooth process, please provide your proof of purchase (e.g., PI/PO Number, Invoice Number, and Date of Delivery).
